Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 large potatoes
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Tbs Dried Onion
- 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
Instructions
- Peel and Boil Potatoes. Mash and mix in all ingredients.
