Sidecar
This drink will knock you on your ass so drink carefully. This is best with a high end cognac which can be expensive but is worth it. To make it sweeter you can use Tuaca instead of Cognac.
Ingredients
- 1 part cointreau
- 2 parts cognac
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Shake three ingredients for 30 seconds over ice
- Serve in a raw sugar rimmed glass
