Taco Dip (Hamburger Pie)
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 Package Mexican Cheese
- 1 Bag tortilla chips
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese and cottage cheese and place at the bottom of glass pie dish
- Brown hamburger and drain, add taco sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Pour hamburger over cheese in pie dish, top with Mexican cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until bubbly in center.
