
Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin
Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin is cooked low and slow to perfection and it's all dressed up with the best homemade honey garlic sauce. It's an easy slow cooker recipe for busy days!
Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin trimmed, silver skin removed — 1-1¼ lbs
- ½ tsp seasoning salt
- ⅔ cup honey
- ¼ cup low sodium chicken broth
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 2 Tbs minced garlic
- 1½ Tbs corn starch
- 1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Add the tenderloin t slow cooker. Season all over with seasoning salt.
- Whisk together honey, broth, soy sauce, garlic, corn starch, vinegar, salt, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour sauce around pork tenderloin in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, until a meat thermometer reads at least 140 degrees F. Turn off and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice pork tenderloin and serve with sauce.
