Ingredients
- 3 lbs pounds chicken wings (flats and drumettes) patted dry
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup Parmesean Cheese (divided)
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
Instructions
- Put the chicken wings into a large bowl. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Pour onto a baking rack or baking sheet that's lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated 400-degree F oven for about 40 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through. Turn on the broiler and broil for about 6 to 8 minutes or until browned and crispy.
- While the chicken cooks, melt the butter and remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil together in a saucepot. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, 30 seconds. Add half the Parmesan cheese, and paprika. Cook, stirring, about 1 minute.
- Take the chicken out of the oven and put into a large bowl. Pour the sauce over the chicken and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
